Once the design is finalised, we move on to the tattooing process. This begins with organising and disinfecting the workspace and welcoming my customer. I will show the design one last time and print a few different sizes so we can try them on and find the perfect placement.

Then, I will start preparing the area of skin where the tattoo will be placed.

After the tattoo is completed, I take pictures to capture the fresh artwork. Finally, I cover the tattoo with a protective second skin to aid in the healing process.

My creative process is a fusion of fine arts and illustration, shaped by the visions of my clients. Together, we explore a diverse range of references and sketches to refine our ideas and define the desired style. Drawing from my vocabulary in fine arts and illustration, I employ various techniques to translate concepts from imagination to paper or digital canvas. Mostly, I begin digitally, sketching and refining the design until it resonates perfectly with the client's vision. But there are also times where I start with brush strokes and Chinese ink, allowing different density’s of strokes guide the creation process.

Each project is a fluid journey, adapting to the idea and style desired by the client. Whether I start digitally and transition to paper, or vice versa, the end result is always a crafted design that reflects the collaborative efforts and individuality of both artist and client.

Next, I place the stencil, ensuring it aligns perfectly with the natural contours of the body.

When the stencil is ready, I begin the tattooing process, carefully bringing the design to life with precision and attention to detail. Throughout the session, I ensure my client is comfortable and informed, creating a positive and collaborative atmosphere.

Each tattoo not only tells a unique story but also stands as a testament to the creative journey shared between me and my client.
